Spring

Menu

To  Start

Grilled asparagus, duck egg emulsion, prosciutto 

Main Course

Cannon of lamb, jersey royals, wild garlic, broad bean and almond pesto.

To  Finish

Forced rhubarb, set yogurt terrine, candied nuts

Summer

Menu

To  Start

Pressed ham hock, new season peas, grain mustard emulsion and brioche crumbs

Main Course

Braised lamb with wild garlic dauphinoise, smoked aubergine puree, pickled red onion and a mint oil split jus

To  Finish

Pistachio sponge with macerated strawberry, lemon balm and vanilla mascarpone

Autumn

Menu

To  Start

Chicken and pistachio terrine with celeriac and pickled girolles

Main Course

Venison fillet with rosemary pomme anna, heritage carrot, cobnut crumb and port stout 

To  Finish

Blackberries and chocolate olive oil cake

Winter

Menu

chicken ballotine, winter vegetable broth, chicory 

Main Course

 beef rump, sherry vinegar, parsnip, shallot puree

To  Finish

pears, mulled wine, anise, rice pudding ice cream

Our three course plated affairs start at £30 per person.

All of our prices include cutlery, crockery and serving staff.
